Privacy Notice

L'Aesthetic Medical, at the address given at the end of this notice, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. This notice explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Personal data we collect
Identification and contact data you give us directly when you write to us on WhatsApp, call, or email: name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. Health data you share during your assessment or medical consultation, needed to determine the right treatment for you. This is sensitive personal data and is only collected by the clinic's medical staff during your consultation. Clinical "before and after" photographs, only with your express written authorization — for your file and, only if you separately authorize it, for publication on the site or on social media. Technical connection data generated automatically when you visit the site (IP address, device and browser type, pages requested), logged by our hosting provider to operate the site and protect it from abuse. This site has no forms: you cannot send us personal data from the page itself, only through the contact methods listed above.
2. What we use your data for
Primary purposes, necessary to serve you: contacting you and scheduling your assessment or appointment; providing medical care and following up on your treatment; building and keeping your clinical file as required by applicable health regulations; answering your questions. Secondary purposes, which require your consent and which you may opt out of without affecting your care: showing your before-and-after photos on the site or on social media, only if you expressly authorized it; sending you informational content or promotions. If you'd rather we not use your data for these secondary purposes, let us know through any of the contact methods in this notice.
3. Sensitive personal data
Your health data receives a heightened level of protection. We collect it only with your express consent, use it solely to provide your medical care, and do not share it with third parties unless required by law or authorized by you.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information with: the messaging platform you use to contact us (WhatsApp/Meta), subject to its own policies; our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), which processes the technical connection data needed to serve you the site; authorities, where legally required. We do not share your data with advertising platforms or profile aggregators.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses no analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies, and loads no third-party trackers. We do not measure your browsing or build profiles. The only cookies set are functional: one that remembers the language you chose (Spanish or English), and a session cookie on the private admin panel, which applies only to clinic staff and never to patients. Neither identifies you nor is used for advertising. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; the site will keep working and you can still contact us. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will update this notice before switching them on.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to ("ARCO" rights under Mexican law) the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us with your full name and the right you'd like to exercise; we'll respond within 20 business days.
7. Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that a minor's data was shared without that authorization, we will delete it.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The current version is always available on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
