Privacy Notice

L'Aesthetic Medical, at the address given at the end of this notice, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. This notice explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Personal data we collect
Browsing data generated automatically when you visit the site (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time spent in each section, and interaction with the contact buttons), collected through the measurement tools described under "Cookies and tracking technologies". This site has no forms: you cannot send us personal data from the page itself, only through the contact methods listed above.
2. What we use your data for
Primary purposes, necessary to serve you: contacting you and scheduling your assessment or appointment; providing medical care and following up on your treatment; building and keeping your clinical file as required by applicable health regulations; answering your questions. Secondary purposes, which require your consent and which you may opt out of without affecting your care: showing your before-and-after photos on the site or on social media, only if you expressly authorized it; sending you informational content or promotions. If you'd rather we not use your data for these secondary purposes, let us know through any of the contact methods in this notice.
3. Sensitive personal data
Your health data receives a heightened level of protection. We collect it only with your express consent, use it solely to provide your medical care, and do not share it with third parties unless required by law or authorized by you.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information with: the messaging platform you use to contact us (WhatsApp/Meta), subject to its own policies; our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), which processes the technical connection data needed to serve you the site; our measurement providers (Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation), which process browsing data under their own privacy policies and may transfer it outside Mexico; authorities, where legally required.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Specifically: Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, to measure which content and which contact buttons are used most, and to evaluate our advertising campaigns. Microsoft Clarity, which produces heatmaps and anonymous session recordings — that is, cursor movement and clicks within the site. It does not record your camera, your microphone, or the content of your WhatsApp messages, and we do not use it to identify you. These tools may transfer data to servers outside Mexico. None of them receives your health data: clinical information is collected only in consultation and never through the site. We also use a functional cookie that remembers the language you chose, and a session cookie on the private admin panel, which applies only to clinic staff. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site will keep working and you can still contact us.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to ("ARCO" rights under Mexican law) the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us with your full name and the right you'd like to exercise; we'll respond within 20 business days.
7. Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that a minor's data was shared without that authorization, we will delete it.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The current version is always available on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
