1. Purpose of the site
This site is an informational and contact channel for L'Aesthetic Medical. It does not process purchases, payments, or online bookings — every appointment is confirmed directly with the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
2. Informational content — not a medical consultation
The content on this site (treatments, reference pricing, photos, descriptions) is informational and does not constitute a medical assessment. The right treatment for you can only be determined after an in-person consultation with Dr. Kelly Castañeda, Professional License 12808825.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices shown are for reference only and may vary based on your individual assessment, without prior notice. The final price and treatment plan are confirmed during your consultation.
4. Promotions
Promotions shown on this site are temporary and subject to availability. Unless stated otherwise, they: apply only to the treatment indicated, cannot be combined with other promotions or packages, do not include additional products or sessions, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The valid promotional price is the one the clinic confirms when you book. We may change or end a promotion at any time, without affecting appointments already confirmed to you at that price.
5. Errors and information updates
The treatment catalogue and its prices are updated manually. While we aim to keep the information correct and current, typographical errors, out-of-date prices, or treatments we no longer offer may appear. An obvious error in a published price does not oblige the clinic to provide the service at that price. If it happens, we will tell you before your appointment and you can decide whether to go ahead.
6. Individual results
"Before and after" photos are of real patients, published with their express consent. Results from any aesthetic treatment vary by patient, are not guaranteed, and the images shown do not constitute a promise of results.
7. Booking via WhatsApp
By writing to us on WhatsApp to book an appointment, you agree that this communication takes place through that platform, subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Your appointment is confirmed only once the clinic expressly confirms it through that channel.
8. Age requirement
The treatments we offer are intended for people aged 18 and over. A minor may only be treated when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with their express consent, and always subject to medical assessment. This site is not directed at minors.
9. Intellectual property
The content on this site (text, photographs, logos, design) belongs to L'Aesthetic Medical or is used with the authorization of its rights holders. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited.
10. Permitted use of the site
You may read and share this site's content for personal use. You may not copy, download, or reuse it for commercial purposes, extract content by automated means, or present it as your own. This applies particularly to patient photographs and videos: they are published with each person's consent for this site and our social media. Reusing them outside that context violates a real person's privacy, as well as our rights over the material.
11. Third-party links
This site links to third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Maps, Google Reviews). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
12. Limitation of liability
L'Aesthetic Medical is not liable for damages arising from use of this site. Medical care actually provided in clinic is governed by applicable health regulations and the corresponding clinical record.
13. Language
This site is published in Spanish and English. The English version is provided for the reader's convenience; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tijuana, Baja California.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page is the one in effect.
